How long does it take to dispatch my item?

Most orders are shipped within 1 working day with Evri or Royal Mail.

Why order directly on our website?

Ordering directly makes a massive difference as we have lower fees with PayPal and Stripe than eBay. We work out the amount saved, then split it evenly between you and us. It's a win-win for everyone!

What if I don't like my item or have changed my mind?

No problem! If your order has not been dispatched yet, then we will cancel it and send a full refund to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, then feel free to contact us and we will offer return shipping arrangements. Once we have received your return a full refund will be issued. You have 30 days to return the item for any reason.

Am I protected if I buy here instead of eBay?

Absolutely. As well as our obligation to follow the Consumer Rights Act, you are protected through PayPal and SumUp (website managers) who act in the same way as any other website (including eBay). As a seller, we only see the delivery address and payment reference number.
