How long does it take to dispatch my item?

Most orders are shipped within 3 working days with either Evri Tracked or Royal Mail 2nd Class. In some circumstances, dispatch time may be prolonged by a surge of orders. This is due to the nature of "made-to-order" manufacturing.

Why order directly on our website?

What if I don't like my item or have changed my mind?

No problem! If your order has not been dispatched yet, then we will cancel it and send a full refund to you. If you are not satisfied with your order then feel free to contact us and we will offer return shipping arrangements. Once we have received your return a full refund will be issued straight away. You have 30 days to return the item for any reason.

Am I protected if I buy here instead of eBay?

Absolutely. As well as our obligation to follow the Consumer Rights Act, you are protected through PayPal and SumUp (website managers) who act in the same way as any other bank would in a chargeback situation; as a seller, we only see the delivery address and payment reference number.
